- Lead in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
- Lead with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
- Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
- Keep Director updated on all contractual and site matters.
- Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
- Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
- Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
- At least 5 years of working experience related field.
