This is a Customer service executive role at reception of a backpacker's hostel located at Chinatown and Lavender- Job duties include the following:
- Receiving of visitors at front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and warmly
- Handling of customers' queries, needs and complaints
- Handling cashiering
- Managing of reception at hostel
- Managing Customer satisfaction scores and execution of administrative tasks to highest quality standards
- Any other reception duties as deemed required by company
