Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and engaging our clients.
- Building up our customer base.
- Assist with taking orders/bookings for our services.
- Handling sales enquiries over the phone or via email.
- Handle, process and manage quotations and invoicing.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Actively support operations in meeting client needs and requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the clients.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth running of the business.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans/PR need apply
- Good command of English, Mandarin speaking is a bonus (as need to speak with Mandarin client speaking)
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant, enthusiastic and engaging
- Polite and patient
- PC literate, comfortable with MS Office
- Good with the various social media platforms

Working hours:
- 5/6 days
- Off on alternate Saturdays. Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
