Responsibilities:
Student and Cohort Management
- Manage annual calendar of our coach training cohorts
- Support students and respond to all student enquiries
- Ensure all activities to support the smooth running of each cohort are delivered in a timely manner
Learning Management System
- Own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance tool development and implementation
- Plan and oversee our calendar of events
- Monitor student attendance and progress
- Upload and edit videos, manage document flow for course materials
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies
Operations Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team for efficient event and programmes recruitment
- Manage end-to-end processes for all courses, including faculty liaison
- Address student inquiries and monitor progress
- Manage the diary of our Managing Director
- Document procedures for operational consistency
Criteria for the Role:
- Strong project management skills with effective communication
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
- Proven interpersonal skills with a customer and detail-oriented approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while enjoying independent work
- Operational experience, background in programme management, and learning and development are a plus
Qualifications:
- Keen interest in working for a values-led organisation
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of work experience
- Enjoys a variety of activities and values autonomy in work
- Believes in the importance of excellent customer and alumni relationships
- Desires a role that offers flexibility
- Ideally based in Singapore and Singaporean or PR
Reporting to: Founder/Managing Director
