You will
- Courteous and have a flair in good salesmanship
- Good graphic skills to maintain our social media with interesting posts
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests, your colleague, and all of our vendors and suppliers
- Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods
- A keen learner to continue to stay knowledgeable about new food trends, current beverage offerings and preparation techniques; continuously cultivating your own curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings
- Create community in our cafe by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee/pastries with our guests; inspire your fellow teammates to do the same
- Support your team by taking joy in the tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly and beautifully—these tasks may vary and includes cashiering, packing & getting bakes ready for online orders, take-aways or in-house, handling social media posts & queries, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, maintaining an inventory of items that are for sale / for packing and FOH opening/closing duties
- Maintain proper health, food safety, and safety guidelines
- Promote a positive, clean, tidy, and safe workspace
You are
- Proactive and enthusiastic individuals with an avid interest in learning and making coffee
- Outgoing personality to interact with customers and retain regulars
- Passionate about speciality coffee & bakes and creating inclusive hospitality engagement
- Excited about taking on challenges and possess a positive attitude
- Legit to work in with a Singapore / Permanent Resident permit
