Daily operations such as cash handling , kitchen duties, preparing beverages.
Attending to customers' order, feedback.
Maintain outlet inventoryand replenish when needed.
Maintain a clean & hygienic work enviroment.
Knowledge in Tea Barista.
Training of new staff.
Staff rostering.
Set SOP for good work flow between customers and operations.
Improve in customer satisfaction and Sales.
Liasie and report to director on P&L.
Basic computer knowledge.
Weekend shift is required
