Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team
- Handle customer’s inquiry (phone calls/emails) and delivery schedules.
- Provide quotation to the customers and resolve any potential issues with the orders
- Assist with route planning and deploy job orders to drivers via in-house system meticulously
- Ensure all job orders are completed satisfactorily and timely
- Follow up and update system on vehicles LM/LG cert expiry date, annual LTA inspection date
- Arrange equipment, loading/unloading schedules and requirements
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a GCE ‘O’-level certification
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate comfortably via telephone, WhatsApp and email with customers
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to handle work pressure
- Proactive, positive working attitude, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous, willing to take up challenges.
- Able to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
- Good and dynamic team player
- Available to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
Location: Woodlands
Work Week: 5.5 Days (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm)
