Key Responsibilities
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Assist in preparing insurance proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
• Communicate with insurance companies to manage updates and coordinate agency-related matters.
• Monitor and track premium payments from clients and ensure timely remittance to insurance companies.
• Handle basic marketing tasks, including updating social media platforms and maintaining the company website.
• Participate in company-sponsored courses and training programs provided by insurance companies to enhance industry knowledge and skills.

- Strong client service oriented.
- Proficient in reading and communicating in English, as all training sessions and business communications are conducted in English.
- Possess a Certificate of General Insurance (CGI). If not already certified, the company will fully sponsor the 1-3 month certification course.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Training will be provided at no cost.
