- Responsible for fixed assets management, controls and reporting
- Responsible for the expense reimbursement and payment requisition
- Monitor expense account and expense trend analysis
- Assist in preparation of expense budgeting for the Bank, review the actual performance versus budget, perform monthly cost variance analysis and provide recommendations
- Participate in procurement process, preparation of various procurement reports and documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Other ad-hoc tasks and project assigned
Requirements
- A recognized university degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets Management / Cost Management / Management Reporting role in financial services industry
- Detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently
- Possess good communication, interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
- Strong command of Excel ad Access will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential as incumbent is required to write and understand documents in Chinese.
