Position Summary:

You will work in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. You are an expert in cybersecurity frameworks, policies and standards. You are part of the line 1.5 team that ensures the organisation’s compliance to the applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilties:

• Maintain cyber security policies, standards and procedures
• Manage and perform cyber risks and assessments
• Develop cyber risk documents
• Mitigate cyber security risks
• Conduct research on emerging cyber security & risk management trends, issues and alerts
• Track and monitor new security regulatory guidelines, and assess the compliance of and impact to the organization

Requirements:

• Working experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred
• Strong understanding and familiarity with regulatory requirements such as IM8, MAS Notice on TRM, MAS Notice on Cyber Hygiene, MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and the CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice
• Strong understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Cybersecurity professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GSEC, CCSK or equivalent would be advantageous

Position Summary

The Infrastructure Lead is a mid level tech lead role responsible for driving transformation initiatives around the infrastructure and network domains at BCS. The incumbent will work closely with the existing BAU teams to understand the current landscape, identify areas for improvement, and lead the design and implementation of solutions.

This role involves optimizing and uplifting the capabilities of critical infrastructure and network systems, including tools like SolarWinds, AWS, OBM, ELK, Ansible, Device42, Tenable, and SailPoint. The Infrastructure Lead is expected to resolve existing challenges, enhance system performance, and ensure that all infrastructure and network components align with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure and Network Optimization / automation :

• Lead the strategic uplift and optimization of the organization's infrastructure and network systems
• Address existing issues and optimize the performance of tools and systems, including SolarWinds, AWS, OBM, ELK, Ansible, Device42, Tenable, and SailPoint
• Ensure that all infrastructure components are aligned with the business's long-term objectives and compliance requirements
• Experience in building Configuration management for Infra from early stages

2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with BAU teams to understand current operations and identify areas for improvement

• Monitor and manage the capacity and performance of infrastructure and network systems, ensuring they meet the demands of the business

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

· Oversee IT vendor management and manages risks associated with IT vendors

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

• Perform system administration and maintenance in a heterogeneous environment (production, DR, test) comprising of Sun Solaris servers and Linux-based servers
• Perform system upgrade and enhancement on IT infrastructure components
• Implement operating system and product-specific security hardening and patches
• Monitor obsolescence of IT infrastructure components (systems)
• Monitor expiry and perform renewal of system passwords and certificates

Qualification

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline

Experience and Technical Skills Set

• At least 6 years of experience in system administration and support on Middleware, Unix and Linux systems
• Experience in working with SAN for Unix and Linux Platforms
