We are looking for a sales representative with customer focus and drive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving clients’ needs and has a team mentality.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by identifying and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts and establishes generate new accounts.
- Builds healthy work relationship with current and potential customers, understands their needs and concerns, and generate sales funnel.
- Adjusts the sales presentations using MS excel skills when required by studying the type of sales outlet and needs of the potential customer.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Highlights customer complaints/feedbacks to Sales Team to investigate problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations to manage situation.
