• Provide a technical support to the customer (by phone, e-mails,
  documents, visit to customers or to installation site) and sales
  management to resolve technical and business process related
  problems.
• • Coordinate and participate in projects to design, develop, program,
  test, install and maintain specialized technical operations,
  Management of battery stand, cabinet, protection box and other
  accessories including contact with suppliers.
• • Process and answer to warranty requests. Record, analyse,
  investigate and resolve claims submitted by customer together
  with Quality Department. In some circumstances field inspections
  could be necessary.
• • Order management for some project (check and manage
  availability of products, advise the customers on progress of the
  order, coordination with logistic partner for communicate delivery
  details with the customer, taking into consideration any special
  requirements such as week end or restricted access or special
  transportation requirements identified at the order placement)

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma relevant Electrical, Electronics or relevant engineering discipline
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in Battery, Power-Supply/UPS, or related engineering technology business
