Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• You will be working closely with Departments to manage reports and coordinate internal work
• Provide office support and ensure smooth information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders
• Generate detailed reports and data
• Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters
• Forecast business related budgeting and costings
• Conduct relevant audits and reports tracking
• In charge of General Administrative duties and office maintenance matters
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 – 4 years relevant office support / business operations / administrative experience
• IT savvy and good in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with various departments

Job Description

Class 4 DRIVER

Transporting warehouse to site

Perform daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness.

Drive in a safe manner at all time and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic

Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Class 4 License

Proven working experience & Good Driving Record

Familiar with Singapore route

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver and unload products to ongoing project's premises

Ensure proper documentation during delivery and collection

Attend to other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

· Possess Class 4 driving licence.

· Able to lift heavy loads and assist with delivery.

· 6 days work week.

· Minimum 2yrs work experience

· Well verse with roads in Singapore. Responsible and safe driver.

· Able to start immediately
