Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an independent and meticulous phlebotomist who will undertake blood taking for diagnostics purposes and other health screening measurements. The health screening sites are mostly in an off-site setting such as homes or offices.

He/she must be:

1. Responsible for collection of blood specimens from clients, including infants and children via trained blood drawing techniques.
2. Explain blood draw / health screening procedures to clients and answering any questions about the requirements.
3. Adhere to all health / safety protocols and procedures.
4. Adhere to company health screening and venepuncture operational workflow. Which includes verifying clients information, venepuncture and handling of samples.
5. Work as a team to provide the best care to clients
6. Manage clients relations as well as service issues arising from assigned projects
7. Provide excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Biomedical Science with certified phlebotomy certificate or any certification in phlebotomy.
2. Proven experience working as a phlebotomist and experienced using effective venepuncture techniques.
3. Able to travel and work in outpatient and project settings. Has own transportation.

Skills:

1. Must be able to draw blood sample within the first prick (99% of the time)
