Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• To develop tender strategies and responsible for tender estimation, including but not limited to quantity take off, cost estimation etc.
• To prepare tender submission, including qualification and quantification documents.
• To coordinate all parties to provide accurate analysis on the participated project including collating of critical information and preparation of final submission documentation.
• To conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting including evaluation and award of contract.
• To prepare development plan to client aligning to Master Industry Plan (Familiar with industry market trend to provide input and ideas on what key propositions to bring to clients and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is preferred)
• To do presentation to Management on the tender submission proposal.
• To do presentation to Potential Client / Consultants on submission proposal and good at negotiation
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in building construction projects especially residential
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities

Must have experience in Construction Carpenter for minimum 5 years.

Able to withstand the outdoor harsh weathers

Able to work overtime to complete the project on-time.

Able to follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site.

Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis

Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.

Implement carpentry works and inspections.

Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.

Responsible for produce structural shop drawing to meet the project requirements.

Responsible for the preparation of drawings and detailed design documents

Ability to undertake concept design and development

Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data

Other ad-hoc drafting assigned by the project management
