Job Mandate
The Commercial Banking Head is primarily responsible for the overall targets of the Singapore branch Commercial Banking group. He/She is responsible for managing projects assigned, from planning to implementation, developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and gathers feedback as well as obtains information regarding market environment, client needs and competition.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develops sales and marketing strategies for the branch and implements these strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
2. Oversees the overall operations of the branch.
3. Ensures that control and compliance are properly disseminated in the branch.
4. Attends to the administrative related matters such as conduct of regular meetings, premises upkeep, review and implementation of policies and procedures, manpower issues, movements.
5. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
