Main Function:

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all dispensing operation for materials to be used in Production, including to provide timely report to Production Manager,

· Responsible for the management of controlled substances/controlled drugs and inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

· Under Production Manager supervision and direction to manage operational training and development of manpower in production, and ensure relevant SOP update to date.

· To assist the Manager to plan, record and monitor the Production manpower headcount in accordance to employment matrix including proposing replacement and additional manpower

· Together with other team member to assist production manager in operational workforce management and engagement, and well-being.

· Together with production executive to conduct safety relevant training, to promote GMP compliance, and to support GMP audit, Project, etc under manager supervision and direction.

· Together with team member to support GMP inspection by authority or customers

· A crucial role covering for the Regulatory Pharmacist during his/her absent.

· Other duties/projects assigned by the Production Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Science (Pharmacy).

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accurately prepare, dispense pharmaceutical raw materials and ingredients in the correct quantities.

· Record and document manufacturing data, including dispensing data, logbook, cleaning record and other relevant information.

· Perform daily cleaning of the dispensing room, including surfaces, equipment, and storage areas, following established cleaning procedures SOP and protocols. Ensure that all workspaces are kept clean and organized to maintain a ISO clean room class 8 environment for pharmaceutical processes.

· Monitor and maintain dispensing device performance to ensure proper functioning and calibration.

· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others in the dispensing environment.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Report any issues, deviations, or incidents to supervisors or relevant personnel for prompt resolution.

· Participate in training programs and Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and regulations related to cleaning and dispensing in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

·To carry out any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

• Involve in product improvement project in areas of formulation, product trials and technology transfer;
• Conduct product analytical testing for Process Validation Sample and others.
• Preparation of test solutions, volumetric solution, and standardizations of volumetric solution and reference standards
• Conduct Generic and proprietary product and manufacturing process research, design, development and improvement;
• Create product SOPs according to reference
• Conduct product formulation review, investigation, and advice to improve product quality;
• Involve in Process Validation to ensure processes used are validated in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirement;
• Performing equipment performance qualification.
• Performing finished product comparison dissolution profile and analytical Method validation if necessary.
• Performing routine calibration for analytical instrument and report any deviation.
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness and neatness for safety of the laboratory according to the Good Laboratory Practices.
• To carry out any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Chemical.
• Preferred to have experience in Formulation, Process, HPLC, UV, IR, Dissolution tester, but not compulsory.
