Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will play a pivotal role as a key member of the core team responsible for shaping the IT Infrastructure strategy, architecture, designs, and solutions across traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments. In addition to potential leadership in implementation projects, the individual will drive innovation to deliver cutting-edge capabilities. Ensuring continuous improvement of service levels and quality, the role involves introducing technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through automation and orchestration. The focus is on bolstering stability and availability through proactive monitoring and the implementation of resilient and robust designs.
- As the overall architect and project manager for the Global Network, Cloud, and infrastructure, this position requires leadership in infrastructure support, ensuring ongoing support for business growth. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining technology standards, network architecture, policies, and operating procedures. The role also involves managing systems and vendor services to ensure availability and security, with the ultimate goal of leading a team to provide comprehensive infrastructure support for the company’s objective.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology and preferably Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
- Ideally 10 + years of hands-on experience in IT networking and infrastructure support.
- Demonstrate experience in people management, overseeing both managers and engineers.
- Proficiency in Cisco Networking and VOIP, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Windows Exchange, Windows AD, AD RMS, Sharepoint, SQL Server, SCOM, and SCCM.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Familiarity with major Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Team-oriented self-starter with resourcefulness, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced IT professional with a clear understanding of the industry.
