Branch Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service
• Provide professional skin care advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead and guide therapists on the service and treatments to customers
• Oversee and in charge of the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc
• In charge and run the outlet efficiently and effectively
• Handle customers' complaints and feedback
• Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
• Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
• To assist in making cold-calls to customers
• Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition • Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management
