Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
• Managing customer’s enquiries or policies in order for existing customers to remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts provided by the company as a guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
• Well versed of insurance products and services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience doing outbound sales preferably in Call Centre environment.
• Energetic, outgoing personality and sales oriented.
• Independent and a fast leaner with initiative
• Able to converse fluently in English.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Location: Tai Seng (Beside MRT)
• Monday - Friday ( 10am - 7pm, 1 hour lunch)
• Attractive remuneration package, monthly salary and commission based on sales, annual leave entitlement etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapists for pre and postnatal industry.
   Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
   Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.
   
2. Staff Management:Provide guidance, training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
   Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
   Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.
   
3. Client Experience:Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience.
   Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action as needed.
   
4. Inventory:

• Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.
