Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
- Managing customer’s enquiries or policies in order for existing customers to remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts provided by the company as a guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
- Well versed of insurance products and services.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience doing outbound sales preferably in Call Centre environment.
- Energetic, outgoing personality and sales oriented.
- Independent and a fast leaner with initiative
- Able to converse fluently in English.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Location: Tai Seng (Beside MRT)
- Monday - Friday ( 10am - 7pm, 1 hour lunch)
- Attractive remuneration package, monthly salary and commission based on sales, annual leave entitlement etc.
