Your duties as E-Commerce Executiveare as follows:
· Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform
· Manage and execute promotional campaigns & activities
· Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection, mechanics and identify assortment gaps
· Ensure good customer service by addressing and timely resolution of customer issues or comments
· Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
· Analyse sales performance by store, by brand & by sku to improve space productivity
· Other ad hoc activities to support the business that the management deemed necessary to grow the business
· Design of category & promotion banners to support campaigns
· Work closely with E-commerce partners to ensure brand performance
