• Assist Chairman with personal matters and errands.
• Manage Chairman's calendars, work schedule and follow up when necessary.

Chauffeuring the Director on his daily schedule.

Ensure and upkeep cleanliness, maintenance and washing of the cars.

Assist with other family duties and errands as requested.

Practice safe driving habits, maintain safe driving record and familiarity with the roads and GPS usage.

Requirements:

Record-free Class 3 driving license with relevant experience

Min 3 years driver experience with good driving records

Familiar with Singapore Roads

Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance

Familiar with luxury cars and/or large cars (Eg, Rolls Royce & Bentley)

Able to work overtime on weekends and public holiday

Able to start work immediately or short notice

5.5 days work week

Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance work as per schedule and rectify accordingly to ensure that all equipment and facilities are well maintained and in working condition.
• Provide onsite field maintenance support to outlets.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
• 5.5 Day Work Week + Once a month standby weekend duty

Requirements

• Tradesman certificate from BCA or equivalent certification.
• 2 years relevant experience in Electricial work will be considered favourably.
• Candidates with no relevant experience but have a strong interest in learning will also be considered.
• Good team player
• Willing to travel (Outlets near MRT)

• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
• Provide post implementation support (including production support and service requests).
• Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions. Conduct gap analysis of current business process to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirement

• Preferably 3 or more years of IT working experience for Systems related Supply Chain, Logistics, and HR management
• Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using (Angular, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, .Net Core, Web API, MS SQL Server Database, Outsystems)
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Ability to produce specifications for documentations and implementations
• Experience in IT business analysis techniques and also Project management
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
