•⁠ ⁠Liaise with course trainers, participants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth delivery of courses.

•⁠ ⁠Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing claims, and preparing reports for SkillsFuture credits.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) guidelines and provide accurate information to participants.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update course materials and online platforms for ongoing and upcoming courses.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding guidelines and processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Having the experiece in the requirement will be a bonus. However, we are willing to train interested parties onto career progression. We are looking for enthuistics applicants which would eventually be groomed to become the chief administrative officer or other suitable higher roles in the company.

Basic salary $2500
