Logistic Executive / Officer required by company in the bedding industry. Main products are Mattresses, Bedframes with some furniture and accessories.

Report to Senior Logistics Executive/Supervisor and is required to help managed the warehouse and be part of delivery team. Duties include

• Manage ware house inventories and stock take.
• Manage delivery schedule and delivery team.
• Hardworking and must be physically fit.
• Able to speak simple English.
• Class 3 Licence.
• Hardworking and a team player.
• Help unload items from containers and suppliers' trucks into warehouse
• Retrive items for warehouse and prepare them for deliveries.
• Help loadup delivery trucks for daily deliveries.
• Assist with deliveries when required.
• Any other relevant duties required.

• Create daily delivery orders and invoices
• data entry of daily sales
• alias with purchasing department and promoters on necessary stock order
• simple book keeping
• proficient in microsoft office usage
• able to work on alternate Sats (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities

- General Admin duties including Invoicing, POs, DOs, Data entries, filing and clerical duties

- Confirm and process orders - retail, dealers & partners.

- Answer phone calls and enquries

- Co-ordinate with internal departments - logistics, retail, wholesale

- Other Ad-hoc duties when required
