We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized candidate to fill the position of
Inventory Manager in a 24-hour veterinary hospital. The inventory manager will
develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain for medical supplies, equipment, and services.
He/she will manage the stocks of the hospital at the most optimal level based on costs and storage capacity. Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized candidate to fill the position of pharmacy assistant in a 24 hour veterinary hospital. Candidates should show initiative and seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality assurance, productivity and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in prescription processing and supplying of medicines to outpatients and inpatients, in collaboration with our specialist teams
• Compound oral and topical medications as directed
• Dispensing oral and topical medications
• Collect prescription charges for outpatients
• Assist Procurement manager and assistants in inventory management
• Collaborate with clinical operations team to ensure quality improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / 'O' / 'A' Level credits in English and Mathematics / NITEC or Higher NITEC / ITE Skills Cert in Healthcare (Outpatient) (Traineeship) / WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) or equivalent / Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in medical clinic or hospital setting is preferred
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Have you always been an animal lover and dreamt of working in a veterinary hospital? We are looking for an MRI-trained, experienced radiographer to join our veterinary team. Our hospital has a full-time veterinary neurologist and specialist surgeon, creating a consistently busy caseload of patients for imaging. Candidates must also be willing to rotate in CT and X-ray imaging duties. The candidate must be able to do all general MRI scans, including standard body and brain imaging at a competent level. The candidate should also be confident to run imaging for CT and x-rays. Minimum 3 years’ experience in MRI in human hospitals is advantageous. Apart from MRI work, the candidate is also responsible for daily quality control and scheduling of preventive maintenance for the MRI machine. There will also be other ad hoc duties expected. You will always receive full assistance from experienced veterinary nurses and do not require any prior animal handling or veterinary experience.

Mon - Fri: 9-6pm

Sat/Sun/PH: rotation for on-call with OT pay

The Emergency Veterinarian

• Be a part of a caring and passionate ECC team.

• Deliver the highest level of veterinary care during the emergency shift including management of ICU patients.
• Performing complete diagnostic workups not limited to radiography, AFAST, TFAST, clinical pathology and developing thorough treatment plans.
• Address and resolve client concerns arising from the medical care of their pet/s.
• Demonstrate good teamwork with clinic team, peers, and hospital managers.
• Practise high level of veterinary medicine including medical, surgical, communication and leadership skills.
• Perform emergency surgeries if needed with appropriate anaesthesia, monitoring, and pain management.
• Charge for services rendered and products/prescriptions dispensed.
• Constantly strives to enhance the quality and efficiency of care provided in the emergency and critical care department.
• Other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• Singapore veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for Singapore vet licensure
• Minimum of five years relevant professional veterinarian experience in a veterinary clinic
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task and be responsive in a fast paced work environment.
