Job scope

• Support Business team with financial administrative documents including monthly reports and Quarterly filings
• Support Business team with other administrative documents
• Support Engineering team with purchases, and chasing up suppliers to ensure lead time is met
• Arrange for delivery and logistics
• Take care of inventory

Requirement

• Singaporean / Singapore PR only
• Positive learning attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate with chinese suppliers using Hanyu Pinyin, negotiating for the best pricing and lead time
• Accounting report generation experience preferred
