Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Revenue Operations Specialist to support our Program Consultants and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

• Assist Program Consultants by managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
• Support onsite operations
• Coordinate and track customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely resolutions and excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, program and client activities in CRM systems.

Customer Service:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide a consistent and high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of Befound Studios.
• Support client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into programs.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Program Consultants and Marketing teams to align efforts and support revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role
• Passionate about beauty, skincare and makeup.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to engage and build relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative start-up environment.
• Prior experience with CRM systems and various office tools.
• Able to work independently in a face paced environment.
