Skincare Educator

Role Overview:
Be a part of BeFound’s mission to redefine skincare education by focusing on ingredient knowledge and suitability. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Skincare Educator to join our dynamic team. As a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, you will educate and empower clients to achieve their skincare goals while promoting brand awareness and trust.

This is a work-from-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate, innovative team that values adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised one-on-one consultations with clients, addressing skincare concerns and recommending tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on the science behind skincare products and ingredients, their benefits, and proper application techniques.
• Plan out each client’s skincare journey
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to an extended journey with client
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support program launches and promotional events.
• Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and advancements in dermatology.
• Create skincare database in BeFound’s skincare library

Qualifications:

• Deep interest in skincare products, ingredients and dermatological treatments
• Fast learner with the ability to grasp medical terms and dermatological concepts quickly.
• A degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is an advantage, with prior experience in the education space (e.g., early childhood) being highly desirable.
• Able to work on rotating weeks (Mondays to Saturdays / Tuesdays to Saturdays)
