We are an Italian Restaurant, located near Serangoon Garden and we are looking to employ a Head Chef, with Business Development Knowledge.
Duties Include:
- Managing staff, interview,recruitment, staff schedule.
- Managing beverage cost, contacting suppliers, place orders, manage inventory and updating monthyl inventory count
- Help the company in advertising and marketing.
- Help the company to increase restaurant sales.
- Organize events
- Keep the quality of food and customer service
- Problem solving, quick on your feet.
- Sales and business development to ensure that food, wine and overall dining experience meet diners needs and increase diners satisfaction. Focus on diners loyalty, menu design, food pricing and expand external sales.
- Build strong relationship with all key stakeholders like food suppliers.
