Bellow is looking for a Video Production Specialist who will be responsible for leading video and digital media content productions. Focusing on these key areas:

• Filming
• Editing
• Presentations
• Research
• Storyboarding
• Video QC
• Production Management

You will work closely with our creative team to provide effective video content for marketing and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and shoot video content as per clients’ needs
• Manipulate and edit videos - Multi cams, Graphics, greenscreen, etc
• Able to understand production needs and specifications
• Review shooting scripting and raw material to create a shot decision list based on the scene's values and contribution to continuity
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
• Create final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Basic Requirement:

• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut, Etc
• Excellent command of English – both written and verbal
• Bilingual is a bonus
• Strong collaborative mindset – ability to work with other team players across multiple projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Bellow is looking for a personal assistant / executive assistant to assist our CEO in secretarial-related matters. You will need to be someone independent and comfortable working in a start-up company environment. You will be supporting the CEO on day-to-day tasks.

Job scope:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
• First contact for all internal and external meetings/events arrangement
• Prepare meeting agenda, documentations, proposals, and take minutes, etc.
• Assist in handling shareholders and external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing overseas vendors.
• Ensure deadlines are met and reminders are set in place for the CEO
• Provide simple Social Media marketing tasks when required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
