Responsibilities:

• Social Media Ads Campaign implementation & monitoring
• Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively draw leads for conversion.
• Regularly report on campaign performance with while providing insights & adjustments
• Utilize data-driven insights and able to data report to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to generate insight for any demand creation activities or leads quality
• Manage and maintain a marketing calendar to meet timely execution of campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience required.
• Hands on experienced in managing social media ads campaign, including budget management & performance evaluation
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, with familiarity in analytic tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Proficient in using various digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences, with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.
• Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Effective project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous in reporting.
• Self-Motivated, hardworking, and a go-getter with the initiative to take on tasks proactively.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, addressing their concerns, and fostering a supportive and positive environment, to encourage students to embark on Life-long learning. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to students regarding academic, administrative, and personal matters.
• Offer guidance on academic programs, course selection, and career pathways to students.
• Delivery & inoculate an excellent service culture to enhance student experience.
• Work closely with inter departments and partners to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customers' inquiries and/or requests.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
• Handle collection of payments and all centre related administrative duties

Requirements

• Minimum A level / Diploma in any discipline will have an advantage.
