Roles & Responsibility
- Recruitment. Responsible for hiring matters to ensure outlets have sufficient staff for schedule planning.
- Scheduling. Responsible for planning schedules for all outlets and ensure labour budget are met consistently.
- A&P. Propose advertising & promotional activities to drive sales to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Service. Ensure quality service level are properly executed across all outlets.
- Training. Identify gaps in operation flows and conduct trainings across all outlets to minimise if not eliminate the gap.
- P&L. Ensure that all business KPIs are met consistently on a monthly basis.
- Operations. Liaise with external vendors for all operation matters and ensure Workplace Safety Measures are adhered to strictly.

Requirements
- Flexible 5/6 days shift work. Required to cover on weekends and PH.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level Education.
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B management roles.
