Centour Travel has been creating meaningful travel experiences for 40 yeras. we specialize in personalized travel planning for families, MICE groups, and leisure travelers.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Back-End Operations Executive to support our team in delivering exceptional travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Itinerary Preparation:

• Working with the sales team to create customized travel itineraries for clients.
• Working with the sales team to develop itineraries for tour packages to sell.

2. Sales Kit Management:

• Compile and organize sales kits with travel packages
• Maintain and upadate the master list of sales kits and itineraries

3. Costing and Administration:

• Consolidate travel costing and ensure accurate records
• Handle booking confirmations, documentation, and general admin tasks

4. Design Support (Bonus):

• Assist with basic design tasks like flyers and itineraries if needed

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese proficiency is a bonus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic design skills (e.g; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in travel or administrative roles is an advantage
