Job Descriptions:
- General Admin Scope (Data Enrty, Documents Filing, Scanning, Photocopy, Stationery etc)
- Work with Account Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing.
- Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy.
- Accountable to maintain & monitor the schedule of equipment’s’ renewal / servicing as to fulfil the statutory requirements.
- Assist with all administrative work and daily operations of the purachasing department.
- Repare Quotation.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 1 years relevant experience
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Experience in purchasing knowlege is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good time management skill
Additional Info:
- 5 days work week
