Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is must, with a preference for Chemical Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15-20 years of SEA region experience in the paint industry, with a strong focus on marine and protective coatings.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales management roles within the paint/coatings industry.
- Experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth across multiple regions preferably in SEA
