Role Objective:
This role works closely with the Head of HR to oversee a wide range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth and effective management of personnel processes and compliance with regulatory standards for SEA countries. Your diverse set of responsibilities will include payroll processing, recruitment, policy implementation, performance evaluations, employee engagement, records maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Primary tasks are:
- Recruitment and selection - work with recruitment agencies
- Payroll processing and process NS and Child Care Claims - work with payroll partners
- Work pass renewal - work with vendor
- Onboarding and Offbording process
- New Hire Orientation
- Maintain employee records vis Bamboo
- Prepare contracts, HR letters, commission letters, etc
- Lead, and drive some HR programmes as directed
- Prepare annual insurance renewal
- Prepare office insurance renewal
- Prepare quarterly sales review exercise
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of HR experience
- Good knowledge of local labor law
- Regional HR experience is an advantage
- Digitally-inclined
