1 Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, update and maintain the QEMS system and work with respective stakeholders to develop and revise procedures (ISO 9001:2015).
• Monitor & analyze trends and quality performance.
• Manage the certification and audit of the Company ISO (ISO 9001:2015 internal and external audits) to ensure all ISO 9001 and relevant certifications’ objectives and requirements are met.
• Manage and ensure internal and external audit comply to QEMS requirement. This includes maintaining accurate records and coordination of initiatives improving QEMS.
• Effectively communicate the QA strategies, processes, and needs across organization through quality programs and campaigns.
• Participate in customer audit, lead investigations of quality issue with customers and internal stakeholders and follow up the CAPA action items to resolve all customer feedbacks / complaints.
• Inculcate and promote a culture to deliver high standard of quality in services rendered to customers.
• Responsible for managing Supplier / Vendor management on-boarding, improvements based on non-conformities, supplier audits and KPI’s.
• Support internal stakeholders on Management of Change.
• Liaise, fulfill, monitor and update customer on their KPI and other requirements.
• Responsible for monthly quality management review meeting and other quality performance reports where required by Management.
• Inspect Warehouse, Drumming including Transport & Yard areas and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct training on ISO 9001 requirements, quality awareness and quality related issues.
• Contribute to any other projects assigned by the Line Manager.

2 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in relevant Quality, Science or Engineering studies.
• ISO 9001:2015 lead or internal auditor certificate from accredited institution would be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the quality function preferably in chemical, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with at least 3-5 years’ experience in leading a quality team.
• Experienced in improving, maintaining and drives implementation and compliance of ISO 9001 management system would be an advantage.
• Experienced in customer / supplier quality management would be an advantage.
• Positive can-do attitude and self-initiated with strong sense of job ownership.
• Innovative problem-solver and believes in continuous improvement.

1 Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and billing
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly invoicing to customers
• Ensure all operational activities are invoiced to customer accordingly
• Receive, process and verify the accuracy of job orders of customers
• Preparation of Statement of Accounts
• Good knowledge of Excel

2 Qualifications / Skills

• At least 2 or more Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably With experience in the logistics environment
• Fast learner and able to work independently
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Responsibility

• Must have proven RTG and DRG skills and history needed
• Assist the Operational Manager and Transport Executive in a day-to-day operation.
• DRG handling
• Ensure to place empty and laden tank containers at the appropriate locations and in a safe position.
• Ensure to place all different chemicals and their classes on the assigned locations in the yard.
• Ensure to place tanks at locations assigned by the Logistic Planner that makes workflow smooth, easy to retrieve and release efficiently.
• Ensure to observe the safety precautions and OHSE management of work.
• Ensure to allocate appropriate space for tank storage that makes it efficient to retrieve and release.
• Keep good of all operational equipment’s being handled.
• Liaise with the administration team closely for day-to-day operational requirement.
• Take part in stock takes to maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the container yard, drumming and loading area.
• Willing to take on additional task as delegated by the operational in charge.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in 3PL Logistics Service Sector is required for this position.
• Experience in Chemical Industry is an advantage
• Familiar with business softwares: WMS/EOS/JDA/SAP is preferred.
• Preferably Non Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comply with work process- Standard Operating Procedure given by Immediate supervisor.

2. Review Letter of Credit (LC), and LC amendment and working close with CSR to get LC clean and workable.

3. Create jobs in Elite Global System (EGS)

4. Send shipping instruction (including BL draft, shipping certificate) to carrier within KPI time frame.

5. Work with the carrier to get BL, verify, and confirm BL with the carrier.

6. Prepare bank documents (Application of Collection and bank draft) shipping and commercial document (invoice, Packing list, COA, Insurance, COO, …).

7. Arrange collection of BL, and shipping cert.

8. Prepare full set of docs from Elite in-house system, customer system, or third-party system.

9. Arrange to send docs to the customer, collect from the bank and negotiate bank.

10. Streamline, eliminate any LC discrepancy from Elite, Conform “0” LC discrepancy for Elite.

11. Manage LC discrepancy report, LC reviewing report…

12. Manage correspondence to respond on time (within 2 hours).

13. Accuracy and timely preparation of documentation for order fulfillment.

14. Upload docs on EGS and pre-alert to customer.

15. Ensure 99.5% Elite Conformance accuracy and timeliness.

16. Send full sets of documents to bank or customer within 24 hours upon received last piece of document e.g. original BL. Documents

17. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
