To develop company’s mid to long term strategy to achieve the stakeholder’s investment interest and progress.
Responsible for working closely with higher headquarters to implement contextual development plans to the local environment.
Report and commit business plans to higher headquarters supported with detailed analysis and evaluation to achieve stakeholders’ expectation.
Oversee the company's financial performance, investments & other business ventures.
Develop expansion plan to maximize market shares.
Approval & evaluation of employee implementation plans and administration of promotion & demotion systems.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills including proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to top management, internal & external stakeholders, and international staff of all levels.
Basic understanding on Accountings, Legal matters, M&A, and knowledge on Electrical & Electronics Retail business.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain good relationship with top managements, managers, subordinates and local/oversea counterparts.
Challenging, open minded, sensitive and able to work in multicultural environment.
Possess problem-solving and analytics skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, verify cause of the problem and develop feasible solutions to resolve the problems identified in a fast moving industry.
Fluent in Japanese as the role is needed to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese stakeholders frequently.
