Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics industry or related discipline.
• No experienced is welcomed
• Working experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry will be an advantage;
• Possess good interpersonal, and time management, and the ability to work under tight timeline;
• Proficient in Chinese to handle queries and complaints from Chinese speaking customers;
• Familiar with SCM logistics and related knowledge.
• Salary will be commensurate according to experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the KPI indicators of the area in charge, have a strong execution;
• Responsible for the handling of customer opinions such as escalation complaints;
• Communication and coordination of problems between stations, customers;
• Customer relationship maintenance, telephone call back or visit customers, record and analyze customer needs and problems and timely feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma, preferably in Logistics / supply chain management;
• Minimum 2 years experience in related fields;
• Have great communication and coordination skills.

Reporting directly to our Singapore BU Head, you will work cross-functionally with our various Business Units (BUs) including Freight, Cross-Border and Supply Chain Management to drive overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

· Lead ongoing monitoring of key operational metrics and data reporting

· Drive performance improvement based on key operational metrics

· Develop and implement internal quality control standards

· Analyse existing operational flows and highlight potential process weaknesses

· Evaluate and execute process improvement opportunities

· Work closely with BUs to ensure adherence to operational processes and SLAs

Requirements:

· 2 to 4 years of working experience in roles related to quality control or data analysis

· Previous exposure to e-commerce and/or logistics sector(s) highly advantageous

· High level of resourcefulness and adaptability

· Collaborative and data-driven approach to problem solving

· Able to work independently and with high attention to detail

· Language proficiency in both English and Chinese (reading, writing and verbal) is a must for liaison with HQ and Chinese speaking stakeholders

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
