Job Responsibilities
Issuing, monitoring, and updating the team of the status of Purchase Orders on a timely basis (including payment processing status to activate production scheduler).
Co-ordinating and ensure the timely execution of artwork routing with Branding and Regulatory Affairs department.
Monitoring & Scheduling of open orders with external providers to ensure orders are shipped within stipulated lead-time.
Update relevant department with packing list / delivery order, and certificate of analysis upon receiving shipping notification from external providers.
Collaborating closely with Warehouse to make sure that all deliveries are met on time and to report any missing, defective quantities to external providers
Responsible in assisting the department on the maintenance of the HalMQ compliance and ensuring that the procurement process of any Halal products / raw materials / finished goods conform to the requirements of MUIS requirements.
Compiling and archiving the complete set of purchasing documents & records, including signed PO, Airway Bill/Bill of Lading, Packing List/Delivery Order, and artwork for print to the department’s SharePoint
Ensuring complete set of import permits is maintained for data verification and quarterly MES report
Supporting other administrative roles as requested by the team
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Having knowledge of ISO 9001 and HALAL will be an added advantage.
Bilingual in both English and Chinese (To liaise with Mandarin Speaking counterparts)
Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude
