Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Executive to manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, work pass management, employee onboarding, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Ensure timely and effective hiring to meet business needs.
- Work Pass & Employment Authorization:Process and manage work passes, permits, and other relevant employment documentation for local and foreign employees.
Stay up-to-date with local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all work pass applications.
- Letter of Appointment & Onboarding:Prepare and issue letters of appointment, contracts, and other related documentation.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including induction programs, benefits enrollment, and system access setup.
- Employee Handbook & Policies:Assist in the development and maintenance of the employee handbook, ensuring it aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure employees are aware of company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- General Administration:Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including record keeping, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with work pass applications and employee onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., SHRM, HR certification) are a plus.
