As a UI/UX Designer at Bestfoody, you will be responsible for creating user-centered and visually appealing designs for our mobile app (iOS and Android) and website. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for our mobile app and website, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all platforms.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours and incorporate these insights into your designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to visualize and test your design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of your designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize designs for user engagement and conversion.
- Present your designs to stakeholders and effectively communicate your design rationale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- A passion for food and the dining experience is a must.
