As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the designated region, including tax planning and compliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our regional operations while providing strategic guidance to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets for the region in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage tax planning and compliance activities for the region, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Monitor internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders to drive financial performance and achieve strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering financial insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to support business operations and compliance.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of tax principles and regulations.
- Experience in tax planning and compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
