Responsibilities
Liaison with customer / supplier on production quality issues, drive improvements;
Establish Quality Inspection Procedures ;
Perform internal audits to meet AS9100 & NadCap requirements;
Analyse process capabilities (cpk) and recommend areas of improvements;
Perform Gage R&R, calibration of CNC and quality jigs & other instruments
Requirements
Degree in Mechancial / Production Engineering or other educational background with relevant working experience;
Familiar with ISO/ QS/ AS Quality Management system, Qualified internal auditor;
Must be well verse in interpreting mechanical drawings (ISO, GD&T)
Experience in Coordinte Measuremnt Machine (CMM) Programming an advantage;
Good analytical knowledge and sense for technical details & precision
Passion to innovate and improve, willingness to learn & adapt to challenges
Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization
