Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Routine monitoring of the plant to do visual inspection of equipment and structure.
- Routine check of parameters and registering in log sheet; log sheet preparation;
- Operating the plant various process with DCS/SCADA system;
- Control and monitor the product water quantity and quality as well as the quality along the plant upstream process.
- Ensure all permit to work (PTW) system is carried out in accordance with company’s policy.
- Taking corrective actions during the process parameters deviation.
- Document/Digitalize operation data on daily basis for engineers to do decision making/analysis.
- Assist in plant operation normalization and ad-hoc on-site checking of equipment / process;
- Support plant maintenance activities;
- Chemical receiving, chemical preparation, plant housekeeping, etc.
Requirement:
- At least NITEC in Engineering discipline
- Entry Level candidate are encouraged to apply
- Class 3 driving license an added advantage
Able to work 44 hours week, may require to work on regular hours or 12hrs rotating shift
