Job Descriptions

The community worker engages, individuals, families and stakeholders experiencing a conflict or a problem to repair harm, promote healing and foster positive relationships. This is done in the context of Restorative Circles, Family Group Conferencing and Community Conversations. The caseworker also handles a caseload and adopts a community centric approach where a crisis or a challenge is deescalated to a point where people can make meaningful decisions about their situation with the support of their family, friends and community.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Social Work or other relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
• Proven strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.
• Proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines
• Creativity in developing relevant marketing content
• Highly developed project and time management skills

Community Development Strategy & Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s community development strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values.
• Oversee the design and implementation of programs that foster community engagement, capacity building, and sustainable development.
• Identify and build partnerships with local governments, non-profits, businesses, and other stakeholders to strengthen community development efforts.

Research & Evaluation:

• Oversee research initiatives to assess the effectiveness and impact of community-led programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of evaluation frameworks and methodologies to measure program outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including donors, partners, government agencies, and community groups, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, proposals and recommendations to the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in community development, program management, research, and/or programme evaluation, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders and managing large-scale programs or initiatives.

Job Description

• Overseeing for daily HR operations and administrative functions.
• To assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Responsible for recruitment and selection full scope of processes.
• To manage whole payroll and budgeting process to ensure accuracy and compliance with local authorities and tracking of overall staff cost to ensure cost is adhered to within approved budget.
• Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by monitoring changes in legislation and implementing necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
