JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead annual standard costing setting exercise across all sites
- Perform analysis on P&L and standard cost variances, recommend and implement areas of improvement
- Provide Financial and Costing Support to commercial business cases and RFQs
- Prepare Capex reporting
- Perform investment and inventory review, follow up with stakeholders to close off issues
- Support business process improvement projects
- Involve in budgetary process and forecasts
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS & ABILITY
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
- More than 4 years of hands-on experience in Standard Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing environment, preferably in PCBA/Plastic Injection moulding industries
- Strong knowledge in best-practice finance/accounting principles/systems
- Able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Knowledge of ERP system
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable working in Chinese speaking environment.
