The Customer Support Specialist is responsible to provide support to the Program Manager to drive existing sales growth and profitability through customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery for the customer account.
Responsibility:
· Serves as the point of contact for the assigned customer management matters.
· Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with customers.
- Provide monthly and quarterly forecast for the assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely Sales Order update and delivery commitment to customers.
- Ensure on time delivery vs shipment schedule.
- Work with internal stakeholder to insure customer satisfaction and account profitability through implementing continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery inclusive of order management, inventory management, customer payment dispute and engineering change.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders; lead development and delivery of mitigation and contingency plans.
- Authorise to update customer shipment plan upon internal review acceptance.
- Authorise to update customer PO into Oracle Fusion with approved quotation and costing sheet.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS & ABILITY
- >2 years’ experience in program and business management in manufacturing environment.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management/ Manufacturing or Engineering with Business Knowledge.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), proven program management skills
- Requires extensive inter-personal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time
