Job Description:
- Monitor accounts receivables, follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Facilitating, recording and monitoring of claims from clients
- Prepare and process payments, invoices and claims.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Compiling of records and month-end reports
- Basic payroll activities and CPF filing
- Provide general administrative support
- Basic marketing activities like social media postings and advertisement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of O level or equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Admin 9-6 Mon - Fri (OT payable)
- Flexi work can be arranged
- Basic Pay + commission
- Transportation claimable allowance
